The audition process for "Southside Super Star" has multiple steps!

Step 1:  Get registered!

Step 2:  Show up for Open Auditions!
Open auditions will be held on May 16th (from 5PM - 8:30PM) and 17th (from 11:00AM - 3:00PM) at Ballou Park in conjunction with the City of Danville's, "Festival in the Park".  Registered contestants can come to either audition they choose, however, they are encouraged to come as early as possible.  Auditions will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Keep in mind:  Registrations will be accepted on the day of audition, however the registration fees will be more.

Step 3:  Check www.SouthsideSuperstar.com for your invitation to the Closed Audition!
At the end of open auditions, the judges will deliberate and select candidates (based on their performance and vocal talent) to participate in another round of auditions that will be closed to the general public.  Those selected will be notified by lists that will be published on www.SouthsideSuperstar.com by 12:00 noon on May 18, 2008.  The closed auditions will start (and all contestants have to be there promptly) on May 24th at 10:00AM.
